The Darkened Copper frame and hood of this outdoor wall light create a vintage, aged appearance, while the authentic brass hinges and front door closure add a unique and updated mixed metals look to an otherwise classic design. Copper is a living metal that will change and patina gradually over time to a rich, dark color. Designed and handcrafted in Richmond, Virginia by Shades of Light's own team of artisans. WARNING: Please note that in coastal environments copper can be corroded by salt, so fixtures must be regularly rinsed to remove the naturally occurring salt accumulation in coastal areas. Fixtures that directly face ocean winds are particularly susceptible to corrosion and are not recommended in these instances.
