Most in-stock items ship from our facility 1 to 3 business days after your order is placed and will be delivered via FedEx Ground Delivery. Depending on your location, most orders will arrive within 3 - 5 business days after departing our facility. For expedited shipping, please contact our Customer Care team.
Certain larger items, and orders that contain multiple items, will be shipped via Freight Carrier (truck delivery). Freight shipments may take up to 7 - 10 business days for delivery and are curbside only. We recommend securing assistance, if needed, to move the items inside your home. In some cases we can offer an inside delivery service. If you are interested in inside delivery please contact Customer Care before placing your order to confirm pricing.
For orders with backordered items, your items will ship as they become available.

DAMAGES & RETURNS
Please inspect each item of merchandise carefully upon arrival. Even if you do not intend to install or assemble your items immediately, they should still be opened and inspected for damage within 48 hours of receipt. If an item arrives damaged, contact our Customer Care team within 48 hours so we may quickly process your replacement and pick-up the damaged / defective item.
