Shipping and Packing
Because of the fragile nature of our products,
we have developed specialized packaging.
Most orders are shipped FedEx.
Freight notice: Larger items require
additional delivery charges because of size
and are delivered curbside. and inside
delivery service, ask for white glove rates.
Please call for the freight charge before
submitting your order.
Before ordering please note:
- We suggest that you complete the order form before
calling. Allow at least two weeks from the receipt of your order for delivery.*
- Some items are shipped in multiple containers.
- We will notify you if any item is back ordered.
- Some of our fragile/crystal chandeliers require some assembly.
*Items (and most rugs) shipped directly from the manufacturer are charged to your credit card when the order is placed and may take 4-6 weeks for delivery.

We want you to be completely pleased with all purchases from us. If you are not satisfied for any reason, please call Customer Service and we will make it right.
Damaged Merchandise
Please inspect each item of merchandise carefully upon arrival. If an item arrives damaged, call Customer Service within 24 hours at 877-288-5029. Please save all packing and boxes.
Returns and Exchanges
For extra-easy returns and exchanges, you can contact us and pay a nominal charge for a FDX Return. Call Customer Service at 877-288-5029. Returns received within 60 days (in their original packing and with all parts) will be refunded in full (less shipping). We need the Return Form (on the back of your invoice) to accompany your return in order to credit you. LAMP SHADES must be in their ORIGINAL WRAPPING. Sale items need to be returned within 30 days. Please allow one billing cycle for credit to appear.
